1. Who we are
This website is operated by HolosView. For any enquiries, contact info@holosview.com.
2. Using this website
You can browse holosview.com for free. Please use it lawfully, don’t try to break or overload it, and don’t use it to do anything harmful. We may change or remove content at any time.
3. Early-access and pilot status
HolosView is an early-stage product. Features described on this website may be planned, in development or changing. Examples, demos and app screens are illustrative and may differ from the final product. We don’t guarantee availability, uptime, output quality, or that any particular product type will capture well.
4. Pilot credits
- New HolosView accounts receive 1 free credit: create up to 3 projects and publish 1.
- During the pilot you can buy 15 credits for €20 as a one-off payment through Stripe. This is not a subscription and doesn’t renew.
- You must enter the same email address as your HolosView account at checkout. We add credits to your account manually after we see your payment, so there may be a short delay.
- Our planned normal price is €49 per month for 10 published projects. Planned prices may change and are not an offer.
- Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred to another account.
- If something goes wrong with a purchase, email info@holosview.com and we’ll do our best to put it right.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the videos and products you upload. You give us permission to store, process and display them as needed to provide HolosView to you, including generating and hosting your 3D product and any share links or embeds you publish. You’re responsible for making sure you have the right to use what you upload.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t upload anything illegal, infringing or harmful, and don’t attempt to misuse, reverse engineer or interfere with the service.
7. Our intellectual property
The HolosView name, logo, website and software belong to us or our licensors. You may share links to this site, but please don’t copy or pass off our branding or content as your own.
8. Links and external content
We link to third-party sites and embed content such as YouTube videos. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for them.
9. Liability
We provide the website and pilot “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from things beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
