Who we are
HolosView (“we”, “us”) runs holosview.com and the HolosView app. For any privacy enquiries, contact us at info@holosview.com.
What we collect
- Waiting list form: your email address and, if you choose to give them, your name, phone number, website, the product or service you’re interested in, why you’re interested and how you heard about us.
- Where you came from: the page you submitted the form on, the referring site and any campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the link you used.
- Emails you send us, and anything you include in them.
- Your HolosView account: if you sign up at app.holosview.com, the app holds your account details, projects and credits. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your payment reference and the email you enter, but never your card number.
Why we use it
- To add you to the waiting list and tell you when spots open up.
- To understand who is interested in HolosView and what they sell, so we can build the right thing.
- To match a payment to your account and add the credits you bought.
- To reply when you contact us.
Our legal bases are your consent (for updates), our legitimate interest in running and improving the service, and performance of a contract (for purchases).
Who handles your data
- Formspree receives and processes waiting-list form submissions on our behalf.
- Stripe processes credit purchases.
- Vercel hosts this website and may process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs.
- YouTube (Google): videos only load after you click play, using the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain. Once you press play, YouTube may set cookies or collect data under its own policy.
We don’t sell your data. We don’t run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website. If that changes, we’ll update this page and ask for consent where required.
Cookies
This website doesn’t set cookies itself. Third-party content, such as a YouTube video you choose to play, may do so.
How long we keep it
We keep waiting-list details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Payment records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@holosview.com and we’ll help. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Every update we send will have an unsubscribe option, or you can just email us.
