Interactive 3D

The problem

Customers can’t pick products up online.

Which is a bit of a problem when you sell things people like to pick up.

Photos only go so far

Shoppers can’t turn it round, check the back, or see how thick the sole is. So they guess, or they email you, or they don’t buy. Usually the last one.

Proper 3D is out of reach

Traditionally it’s slow, techy and expensive, and needs someone who owns three monitors and talks about topology. Most sellers just don’t have that person.

For shoes, bags, furniture, jewellery, collectibles and even diggers, the missing detail can be exactly what makes the sale. (Yes, we’ve thought about diggers a lot.)

How it works

From phone capture to product page.

Five steps. No 3D modelling knowledge. We checked.

1

Capture

Walk slowly round your product with your phone, filming. Two minutes, tops. Steady hands help. Coffee does not.

2

Generate

Upload it. We do the clever bit and turn it into a photoreal, interactive 3D product.

3

Enhance

Tidy it up, pick the best starting angle, add hotspots that point out the stuff you'd shout about in a shop.

4

Brand

Drop in your colours and logo so it looks like yours, not ours.

5

Publish

Grab a share link or an embed code. Stick it on your product page. Done.

Inside the app

A peek at the actual app.

Early designs, straight from our screens. It’s a pilot, so a few pixels may still move. Go on, have a nose.

One of only 10 teams!

Yes, we’re insane. Let us explain.

This week is AI Week, and we signed up for the Pressure Cooker Challenge hackathon. Only ten teams got picked, and somehow we were one of them. The brief: build and validate a real business idea in less than a week.

That means building the product, making this website, finding real customers and asking them for money, all before the week is out. It is, objectively, a daft way to spend a week. We couldn’t be happier.

The jokes are silly. The product is serious, and it’s there to help real businesses sell more stuff. That part we’re deadly serious about.

FAQ

Questions you were about to ask.

What actually is HolosView?

A tool that turns a short phone video of a physical product into an interactive 3D version shoppers can spin and zoom. You add hotspots, brand it, then share a link or embed it on your site.

When can I try HolosView?

We're still building the app (it's nearly there). Pilot access launches on Sunday 4th October 2026 at 1pm (Irish time). Join the waiting list and we'll email you the moment it opens.

Why should I join the waiting list?

Waitlist members get early access to the pilot, plus the early-user discount on credits. It also helps us decide who to invite first, so tell us what you sell and what you'd like HolosView to do for you.

Do I need any 3D skills?

Nope. If you can film a product walk-round on your phone, you can do it. The 3D bit is our problem, not yours.

Do I need a fancy phone?

We're designing around standard smartphone video. Exact requirements will firm up as real people try it, which is partly why we're running a pilot.

Will it work on Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress and so on?

We start with a share link and a web embed, which are designed to work anywhere that accepts an embed. Proper Shopify and WooCommerce integrations are on the wish list, not live yet.

Will it slow my store down?

Speed is something we're a bit obsessed with. The 3D viewer is designed to load only when a shopper asks for it, so your product page doesn't drag its feet. We'll share real numbers once we've measured them.

What's the deal with the pilot?

Pilot access launches on Sunday 4th October 2026. Join the waiting list for early access and discounts. Every new account gets a free credit to create three projects and publish one. You can also buy 15 credits for €20 right now as a presale, which works out around 73% lower per project than our planned Pro pricing, and they'll be waiting in your account when the app opens. It helps us find out if this is something people genuinely want.

Why are you asking for money this early?

Honest answer: because the best way to find out if someone truly wants something is to see if they'll pay for it. A nice word is lovely. A €20 is better evidence.

What happens after I pay?

You pay on Stripe using the email (your Google login) you plan to use with your HolosView account. Your credits are added to that account once the app opens on 4th October 2026. We're adding credits by hand at first, so there may be a short wait after that. We'll make it quicker as we go.

Does HolosView support AR?

AR is on the roadmap, not in the pilot. It'll depend on device and browser support, which we'll test properly.

Is a Gaussian splat the same as a normal 3D model?

Not quite. A traditional 3D model is built from meshes and textures. A Gaussian splat is a photoreal capture made of lots of tiny blobs of colour. It tends to look more like the real thing, especially on fuzzy, shiny or complicated objects. You don't need to care about any of this to use HolosView.

Are you really building this in a week?

We're building the first version inside the Pressure Cooker Challenge during AI Week, where only ten teams were picked. So yes. Bear with any rough edges, and do tell us about them.

Waiting list

Want to try it on one of your products?

Tell us what you sell. We’re looking for businesses with physical products to help shape HolosView while it’s still small enough to listen.
